Ingredients 2 cups assorted salted nuts1 large egg (no yolk)1/2 tablespoon ground cumin1 teaspoon paprika1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, whisk 1/2 large egg white until frothy, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt; mix until combined. Add 2 cups assorted, salted nuts to spice mixture and toss. Spread nuts on a greased baking sheet; bake 5 minutes. Use a spatula to turn nuts; continue baking until golden brown, another 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and serve warm or at room temperature.
