Chef, cookbook author and TV personality Sara Moulton makes these crunchy, savory, Asian-influenced snacks with store-bought convenience items: thin rice crackers, mayo, wasabi and precooked shrimp.
- Sesame or seaweed rice crackers (such as KA-ME)
- Boiled shrimp (you can buy them already cooked at many grocery stores)
Mix mayonnaise with wasabi to taste (either the stuff in the tube or the paste you make from the powder). Top crackers with wasabi mayonnaise, a halved boiled shrimp and some thinly sliced scallion greens.
