Ingredients

1 pound precooked shrimp
½ cup diced celery (from 2 small ribs)
¼ cup chopped scallions (from 3 scallions)
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
¼ cup chili sauce (such as Heinz)
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. jarred horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
5 to 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
2 heads Bibb or 1 head Boston lettuce, outer leaves removed

Remove tails from shrimp and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl and add celery, scallions, and parsley. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together chili sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over shrimp mixture and toss to mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

When ready to serve, layer 2 small lettuce leaves for each cup, place ½ cup shrimp mixture in the center.
