Servings: Makes 4 to 6 servings
In a large pot with a steaming basket insert, bring beer to a boil.
Place sausages in steaming basket. Cover with apple slices and seeds, and top with sauerkraut. Cover and steam for 8 to 10 minutes, or until sausages are cooked through. Remove sausage and sauerkraut mixture from pot and serve with assorted mustards.
