Ingredients 1 pound ground beef3 small onions , chopped1 large can sauerkraut1/2 cup pancake flour or all-purpose flour1 teaspoon garlic salt1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1 egg1 cup milkBreadcrumbs
Drain kraut and mix meat, onion, salt, pepper, garlic and flour. Mix well. Shape into balls. Beat 1 egg and 1 cup of milk. Dip balls in egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry for approximately 3 minutes.
