Servings: Makes 1 bouquet or sachet
- 4 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1 leek , dark green top, cut into a 5-inch length, washed
For the sachet, wrap the parsley, thyme, bay leaves, and peppercorns in a small amount of cheesecloth and tie with butcher's twine.
