Roasted Portobello Mushrooms Recipe

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. honey
8 springs fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4 large Portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced
Active time: 5 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients except mushrooms together in a bowl; add mushrooms and toss to coat. Place on a baking dish and roast until brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
