Servings: Makes 4 servings
- 1 box (about 6 ounces) rice pilaf
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
Prepare the pilaf according to package directions, except substitute the chicken broth for 1 cup of the water. Remove the rice from the heat; fluff with a fork and stir in the parsley. Cover and let stand until ready to serve.
