This watermelon smoothie features coconut water—a natural source of electrolytes, which bodies require. It's one of
delicious start-your-day-right breakfasts
Servings: Serves 1
1 cup watermelon chunks , frozen
1/2 cup coconut water
1 1/2 tsp. lime juice , from 1/2 lime
4 to 5 mint leaves
4 ice cubes
Total time: 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
