Rehydration Smoothie
This watermelon smoothie features coconut water—a natural source of electrolytes, which bodies require. It's one of O's delicious start-your-day-right breakfasts.


Servings: Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 1 cup watermelon chunks , frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lime juice , from 1/2 lime
  • 4 to 5 mint leaves
  • 4 ice cubes
Directions
Total time: 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
