Ingredients 1 bag (6 ounces) red leaf lettuce , chopped1 large bunch watercress , trimmed4 radishes , sliced1/4 English cucumber (seedless), sliced3 tablespoons fresh lime juice1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon white wine or sherry vinegar1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger1/4 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, watercress, radishes, and cucumber.
In a small bowl, whisk the lime juice, honey, vinegar, ginger, and salt; Slowly add the oil. Toss with the salad.
