Ingredients

  • 4 bags Earl Grey tea
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 4 cups ice cubes, plus more for serving
  • 1 lemon, sliced, for garnish
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

    Directions

    Active time: 20 minutes
    Total time: 30 minutes

Put tea bags in a large, heatproof bowl and set aside. In a small pot, mash raspberries and sugar with a wooden spoon until very juicy and jammy. Stir in orange juice and bring to a boil. Pour over tea bags and let steep 10 minutes. Add ice and stir ice until completely melted. Strain tea mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to remove as much liquid as possible; discard tea bags and solids. Pour over ice in glasses, garnish with lemon and mint and serve immediately.
