If you've got 15 minutes...Do the salmon two-step. Pick up a lime and some salmon fillets on your way home. As the broiler preheats, whisk together a quarter-cup honey, the juice and zest from half a lime, plus a few shakes each of chili powder, ground ginger, salt and pepper.
