Makes 1/2 cup

Directions

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped

Ingredients

Total time: 15 minutes

In a small saucepan, combine butter, ginger, coriander, turmeric, salt, cayenne, and cardamom. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until very fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Brush onto grilled chicken as it comes off the grill, and scatter cilantro over the top.
