Pumpkin-Pie Cream Cheese Recipe

A nutritional powerhouse, this squash belongs on your plate, not just your front porch.
Spice up bagels with pumpkin-pie cream cheese.
8 ounces softened cream cheese
¼ cup canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
¼ tsp. pumpkin-pie spice
¼ cup toasted pecans (optional)
With an electric mixer, beat until smooth softened cream cheese, canned pumpkin, brown sugar, and pumpkin-pie spice.
On low speed, mix in toasted pecans (if using).
Chill for at least an hour. If you like, garnish with more toasted pecans before serving.
