Ingredients 1 cup orange marmaladePound cake (store bought)Whipped cream (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°. Microwave 1 cup orange marmalade until very warm, about 1 minute; stir. Place 12 (1/2-inch thick) slices of store-bought pound cake on a baking sheet; bake until toasted, about 8 minutes. Place 2 slices on each plate. Top slices with 2 1/2 Tablespoons marmalade and whipped cream, if desired.
