Pina Colada Flamed

Pull out a book of matches and light up this truly unique drink.
Servings: Serves 1
- 2 1/2 ounces Bacardi Coco
- 1/2 ounce creme de banana
- 3 ounces pina colada mix
- 1 ripe banana
- Bacardi 151
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until ice is mostly crushed. Pour into a cinnamon- and sugar-rimmed tall glass.
To make flamed banana garnish: Slice a ripe banana into wheels. Soak wheels for 1 minute in Bacardi 151. Place on side of glass. Light banana on fire with a match. Blow out fire and enjoy a toasty and tasty banana garnish!
