Makes 4 (8-ounce) servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups cucumber
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 tsp. gingerroot (or about 1/2 inch)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions


Combine the spinach, cucumber, celery, gingerroot, parsley, apples, the juice of one lime, and the juice of half a lemon in a blender. Mix until liquid.
