Fruity pear brandy makes a Champagne cocktail extra festive.
Servings: Serves 5
- 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 ounces pear brandy , such as Poire Williams
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 5 sugar cubes or 5 tsp. sugar
Total time: 5 minutes
Pour Champagne into 5 flutes. To each, add a splash of pear brandy, about 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and a sugar cube or dash of sugar.
