Ingredients 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine2 ounces pear brandy , such as Poire WilliamsJuice of 1 lemon5 sugar cubes or 5 tsp. sugar

Pour Champagne into 5 flutes. To each, add a splash of pear brandy, about 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and a sugar cube or dash of sugar.
