Peach Pit Recipe
- 1 whole ripe peach, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 ounces fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 ounces peach vodka (such as Cîroc Peach)
- 3/4 ounce amaretto liqueur (such as Amaretto di Saronno)
- Agave nectar (optional)
Combine the peach chunks, orange juice, peach vodka and amaretto liqueur in a blender. Blend at high until smooth. Add 3/4 cup of ice and blend at high speed again until smooth. Add agave nectar for additional sweetness, if needed.
