The Oprah Winfrey Show very well-fed! With a staff of six, including her mom, Rose plans, cooks and serves two or three meals a day to hundreds of people.
Rose says she plans out menus a week in advance—and each day also includes vegetarian options. When it comes to choosing ingredients, Rose says she shops every day, buying only the freshest products. "A lot of people are eating three meals here a day," Rose says. "It is all fresh—[people] are very health conscious here."
Rose says the key to feeding the same group of people every day is making sure there is a wide array of choices. "We try to add a lot of variety to the menu," she says. "We do Mexican, Asian, we do Mediterranean, we barbecue—we have fun with it!"
