Cristina Ferrare's Orange-Walnut Cranberry Sauce

Servings: Serves 10
  • 16 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • Directions
    Add sugar and orange juice to a stock pot and bring to a boil. When sugar has melted, turn heat down to a gentle boil. Add cranberries and simmer for 15 minutes, until cranberries pop. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Top with grated lemon peel and walnuts.
