Ingredients 16 ounces fresh cranberries1 cup granulated sugar1 cup orange juice1/2 cup walnuts1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Add sugar and orange juice to a stock pot and bring to a boil. When sugar has melted, turn heat down to a gentle boil. Add cranberries and simmer for 15 minutes, until cranberries pop. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Top with grated lemon peel and walnuts.
