Orange Cinnamon Butter

Servings: Serves 4–6
Ingredients
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter , at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until well blended. Scoop mixture into ramekins or onto waxed paper and roll into a tube. Refrigerate until firm. Serve on pancakes, waffles, or toast.
