Presentation One: Classic Wedges
Present the cheesecake as a whole, with a mint sprig in the center for garnish. Slice into wedges, but make sure there's enough for everyone!

Presentation Two: Passed Squares
Cut the cake into 16 squares, arrange on a platter, and garnish each square with a sprig of mint.
