Oatmeal with Protein Powder

Try this delicious recipe!
Servings: Serves 1
- 1 to 2 packages plain individually wrapped instant oatmeal or 1 cup uncooked plain oatmeal
- 1 scoop vanilla whey or vanilla praline whey protein powder , or 4 to 6 boiled egg whites
- Raisins or fresh fruit like bananas, strawberries or blueberries
Prepare the oatmeal as indicated on the package. Add a scoop of whey protein powder. Mix it up until all of the powder has dissolved. Add raisins or fresh fruit if you want to make it more interesting.
