Looking for a protein-rich salad dressing? Try out this recipe that uses miso, a common Japanese ingredient made from soybeans.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. miso paste
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. chopped ginger
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
