Ingredients 1 cup mayonnaise3 green onions (white parts plus 2 inches of the green), chopped1 cup chopped fresh mint1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives3 anchovy fillets in oil, drained and chopped1 tablespoon red wine vinegarFreshly ground black pepper , to taste
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except pepper until well mixed. Scoop into a bowl and season to taste with pepper. Cover and refrigerate before using.
