There's no excuse to skip dessert when Macedonia is on the menu: it's an Italian concoction of juicy berries and peaches spiked with lemon juice.
Servings: Serves 6
- 6 cups assorted fresh fruit (whole raspberries, blueberries, blackberries; sliced strawberries, mango, papaya, peaches or other seasonal fruit)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; refrigerate 2 hours. Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
