Take your hamburger to new heights with this highly prized secret sauce from Lardo, in Portland, Oregon.

Makes about 1 cup (enough for 6 burgers)

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup dill pickle relish (drained)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • A dash of Mexican hot sauce

Directions

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce.
