- 2 (13-ounce) cans of chili with beans
- 2 (13-ounce) cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (14-ounce) can of corn, drained
- Sour cream, for serving (optional)
- Cheese, for serving (optional)
- Cilantro, for serving (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Stir until combined. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until flavors are blended.
Serve with sour cream, cheese, and cilantro if desired.
