Servings: Serves 4-6
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 4 shots vodka
- 1 piece (2 inches) fresh ginger root , peeled and sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1 passion fruit , cut in half, seeds scooped out
Before you start, put your glasses in the freezer to get them nice and cold.
Pour everything (but save a few mint leaves for later) into a shaker. Give everything a good stir and crush up the passion fruit. Taste to see if it needs a bit more ginger ale and then strain into each person's chilled glass, garnishing with a little reserved mint.
