Serves 12 to 18


  • 1 cup fresh lime juice (about 8 limes)
  • 2 cups simple syrup or strawberry syrup
  • 2 cups Light Rum
  • 2 cups Water
  • Ground allspice


In a punch bowl or a large pitcher, combine the lime juice and simple syrup until well blended. Slowly add the rum, stirring constantly.

Add the water 1 cup at a time, tasting as you go. Stop at 3 cups of water if you prefer a stronger punch. Add allspice to taste.

Serve in punch cups or lowball glasses filled with ice.
