Three-Cheese Pepperoncini Dip
In a food processor, blend ¼ cup sour cream and 2 Tbsp. cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup cottage cheese, ¼ cup drained pepperoncini, 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, 1 tsp. lemon zest, ¼ tsp. garlic powder, and ½ tsp. kosher salt. Pulse several times to combine into a chunky dip.
