Irish Oatmeal with Apple and Cinnamon
- 1 cup raw steel cut oats (regular or quick)
- 2 apples , cored and shredded
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. toasted chopped almonds
- 2 tsp. Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Cook oatmeal according to the package directions.
Divide into serving bowls and top with spread and almonds.
