Herbed Red Potato

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds wedged red potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. roasted garlic seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
Directions
Blend together olive oil, fresh garlic, Mrs. Dash, roasted garlic seasoning, seasoned salt and salt. Add to red potatoes and toss till well coated. Place on papered sheet pan. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 325°.
