Use this dressing on salad or on one of the healthy dishes in our 10 Rules for Healthy Eating plan .
Makes 1 cup
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, add parsley, tahini, scallions, garlic, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper and pulse to combine. With the motor running, add the olive oil in a thin stream until combined.
