Herb-Tahini Dressing Recipe

Use this dressing on salad or on one of the healthy dishes in our 10 Rules for Healthy Eating plan

Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- ½ cup roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- ½ cup tahini
- 6 roughly chopped scallions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, add parsley, tahini, scallions, garlic, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper and pulse to combine. With the motor running, add the olive oil in a thin stream until combined.
