Piquillo Peppers with Mediterranean Tuna Salad
You can make this dish almost entirely from pantry ingredients. Just stuff a mixture of tuna packed in oil, paprika, lemon zest and lemon juice inside Spanish piquillo peppers, which gourmet food shops sell in jars.
