- 4 large tomatoes , halved and seeded
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Brush tomatoes with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill cut side down on low flame, 5 to 10 minutes.
