With chocolate on one half, place graham cracker halves on the grill over medium-low heat. Thread marshmallows onto a metal or wooden skewer and carefully brown them over grill, never allowing them to touch the grill itself. Once marshmallows are toasted and chocolate is just starting to melt, carefully remove marshmallows from skewer and place on top of chocolate. Cover with second graham cracker and eat while warm.
