Grilled Salmon with Salad

Servings: Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 1 piece fresh salmon
  • Fresh garlic or garlic salt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • 2 to 3 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle salmon with fresh garlic or garlic salt. Wrap fish in foil and place in oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Prepare salad with Romaine lettuce and tomatoes. Add olive oil and lemon or low-fat salad dressing. Serve salad with fish.
