Kath Younger created "Kath Eats Real Food" at the request of family and friends who loved the meals she whipped together, most of which were the result of her changing views about food. The result was a 30-pound weight loss and a career change—Kath is studying to become a registered dietitian. She continues to blog every day, capturing her journey in food, healthy living and exercise.
