Ingredients 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger2 tablespoons raw brown sugar1/2 cup white grape juice3 cups halved green seedless grapes2 teaspoons chopped mint , plus a few sprigs for garnish
Combine ginger, sugar, and grape juice; stir until sugar dissolves. Add grapes and mint; set aside 1 hour. Garnish with sprigs and serve.
