- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons raw brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 3 cups halved green seedless grapes
- 2 teaspoons chopped mint , plus a few sprigs for garnish
Combine ginger, sugar, and grape juice; stir until sugar dissolves. Add grapes and mint; set aside 1 hour. Garnish with sprigs and serve.
