Gingered Green Grapes
 
Try this delicious recipe!

Servings: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons raw brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 3 cups halved green seedless grapes
  • 2 teaspoons chopped mint , plus a few sprigs for garnish
Directions
Combine ginger, sugar, and grape juice; stir until sugar dissolves. Add grapes and mint; set aside 1 hour. Garnish with sprigs and serve.
