Looking for a salad dressing with some kick? Try out this recipe that features a combination of ginger, scallions and a touch of honey for sweetness. Serves 4
Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. grated ginger
1/2 cup scallions, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. honey
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/3 cup canola oil
Directions
Whisk all ingredients except the canola oil together in a bowl. Whisk the canola oil in slowly until vinaigrette is combined.
