Recipe from the 20 Years Younger Challenge

Try this delicious and easy salmon recipe created by the women of the 20 Years Younger Challenge with the help of fitness expert Bob Greene.
Servings: Serves 4
- 4 salmon fillets
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brush salmon fillets with extra-virgin olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with fresh dill and ginger.
Bake salmon for 12 minutes.
Transfer salmon fillets to plates; serve hot.
