Try this delicious and easy salmonĀ recipe created by the women of the 20 Years Younger Challenge with the help of fitness expert Bob Greene.
Servings: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brush salmon fillets with extra-virgin olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with fresh dill and ginger.
Bake salmon for 12 minutes.
Transfer salmon fillets to plates; serve hot.
