  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
Preheat oven to 350°.

Brush salmon fillets with extra-virgin olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with fresh dill and ginger.

Bake salmon for 12 minutes.

Transfer salmon fillets to plates; serve hot.
