Servings: Serves 1
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 container vegan yogurt (vanilla- or fruit-flavored)
- 1 banana , sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries
In a tall glass, layer some of the granola, yogurt and fruit. Repeat until the glass is filled or all the ingredients are used.
