Try this tasty and healthy treat created by the women of the 20 Years Younger Challenge with the help of fitness expert Bob Greene.
Servings: Serves 1
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh blueberries
- Chopped walnuts
- Plain yogurt
Wash and rinse fruit. Cut strawberries into halves. Chop walnuts and set aside. Place the yogurt in a bowl and top with the fruit, walnuts and cinnamon.
