Fitness Ridge Raspberry Sauce

This low-calorie homemade sauce makes the perfect topping for granola, desserts, pancakes or waffles.

Servings: Serves 9
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract , pure
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
In a sauce pot, add all ingredients together. On a low flame, slowly simmer the berries until they have thawed. Add the berries from the pot into a blender and blend until smooth. Let cool. (You can use this as a sauce or syrup on desserts, pancakes, waffles or granola).
