My dad's wife would make this every Christmas Eve for her three grown sons and their spouses and families and my dad's three kids along with their spouses and families. We would arrive and be handed a mug of this [drink]. When the pan was empty, we would sit down to eat Christmas Eve dinner. She never made more. We were never late! We all loved it and would hurry through the first mug to secure the second mug.
