Ingredients 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese , softened2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1 tablespoon dry sherry1 teaspoon soy sauce1/2 teaspoon dry mustard1/4 cup sesame seeds , toasted
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and blend well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, until firm.
Toast the sesame seeds in a 350-degree oven until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Let the seeds cool and put them in a small bowl.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls (or smaller, if you prefer) roll the balls in the sesame seeds and place on tray. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
