Chicken Parm Without the Extra Fat

Most recipes have you bread and fry chicken cutlets before topping them with sauce and cheese, but this one suggests grilling the meat to cut down on fat and calories. Finish the dish with a sprinkling of bread crumbs so you still get some crunch.
